📱 1. The Service

GCSE Turkish is an educational app and website operated by BKTY LTD (company number 12845913, registered at 29 Watts Lane, Rugby, England, CV21 4PE). The Service provides interactive vocabulary, grammar, listening, reading and writing practice for GCSE Turkish students.

👤 2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to register.
• If the learner is under 13, a parent or guardian should create the account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access it.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

💳 3. Subscriptions and Purchases

• The free plan allows limited daily words and exam questions per day.
• Premium plans (monthly, yearly or lifetime) unlock unlimited access.
• Payments are processed by Apple. Prices are shown in your local currency in the App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policy.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

📚 4. Content and Intellectual Property

All content in the Service — including vocabulary, grammar lessons, audio recordings, reading texts and listening passages — is owned by or licensed to BKTY LTD. You may not copy, distribute, sell or create derivative works from the content without our written permission.

GCSE Turkish is an independent learning resource and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Pearson Edexcel.

🚫 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract content from the app
• Use automated tools to access the API or generate fake progress
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive or illegal content
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Exploit bugs to gain unfair advantages (please report them to us instead)

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for high quality but cannot guarantee that content is entirely free of errors. GCSE Turkish is a study aid and does not guarantee any particular exam result. Always check the current Pearson Edexcel specification with your school or teacher.

⚖️ 7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BKTY LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

🔄 8. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
