📱 Getting Started

  • Download the app — search "GCSE Turkish" on the App Store or visit the link on this page.
  • Create an account — sign up with your email, or use Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.
  • Set a daily goal — the default is 10 words per day. Premium users can adjust this in the Parent Dashboard.
  • Free plan — free users can practise up to 10 vocabulary words and 10 exam questions per day.

💳 Subscriptions and Billing

  • Plans available: Monthly (£2.99), Yearly (£12.99) and Lifetime (£24.99 one-off).
  • Manage subscription: go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → GCSE Turkish.
  • Cancel: cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
  • Refunds: request refunds through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Family Sharing: subscriptions are not shared via Family Sharing — each learner needs their own account.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parent Dashboard

  • Set a PIN: go to Profile → Parent Dashboard → Set PIN. This protects settings from learners.
  • Daily goal: parents can increase the daily word target (Premium only).
  • Reminders: enable push notifications so your child gets a daily study reminder.
  • Download audio: download all vocabulary audio for offline use from the Parent Dashboard.
  • Forgot PIN: contact us at [email protected] — we'll verify your identity and reset it.

🎧 Audio and Offline Use

  • Vocabulary audio requires an internet connection on first play. Use the "Download audio" option in the Parent Dashboard to save all audio for offline use.
  • If audio does not play, check your device is not on silent and that the app has audio permission in Settings.
  • Listening passages require an internet connection unless audio has been pre-downloaded.

🔑 Account and Password

  • Forgot password: tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and check your email.
  • Change email: contact us to change the email address on your account.
  • Delete account: go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all data within 30 days.
  • Apple Sign-In: if you signed up with Apple and hid your email, use the same Apple ID on a new device to restore access.
